Q. Do you mail items?

A.  Rocketgrab does not mail vouchers, or voucher items.  Vouchers are available under your “My Account” section.  Each voucher will let you know how to redeem it.  If a deal includes shipping, or special instructions, it will state any deal specific instructions.  Vouchers are always available in your account until a business has marked your certificate as redeemed.

Q. When may I redeem my voucher?

A.  The fine print of every items states when a voucher is available for use. The fine print is on each item online, as well as on your printed voucher.

Q. How do I get my voucher?

A.  Visit Rocketgrab.com and log-in to your account.  Then, click on the "My Account" button.  This area will have a "My Purchase Overview" section.  Click on "Download" beside the deal you've purchased.  

Q. Do I have to have a PayPal account?

A.  No.  We chose to use PayPal to handle our transactions because they are the leading name in safe secure online shopping.  They do NOT require a PayPal account.  Once you click on “purchase with PayPal” and are taken to their log in screen, simply click the “Don’t Have a PayPal Account?” link.

Q. Can I give an offer as a gift?

A.  Once you purchase an offer, it's yours to use however you'd like. Just make sure you follow the fine print on your offer. And, consider throwing in a nice card too.

Q. How long do I have to decide if I want this deal?

A.  You need to grab them fast.  Some deals have limited quantities and all deals are on a clock.  Once they are gone they are gone, so get them while you can.

Q. Where do I take my voucher to redeem?

A.  The vast majority of our deals allow you to print and use them directly with the business.  However, a few have to be redeemed at the local NextMedia radio stations.  Just look at the fine print section and we will let you know if there is a certificate that must be redeemed at the NextMedia radio station.

Q. What if I take my voucher to the business and they will not honor it?

A.  That should not happen, however if it does please let us know ASAP.  A local deal technician will personally handle your issue directly with the advertiser and we will find a solution.  Make sure that you don’t attempt to redeem your voucher until at least the date that the voucher states it is first valid.

Q. Do I have to tip?

A.  Yes.  Remember, these businesses are offering you a huge discount for the chance to earn a new customer.  Gratuity is never included, and if you feel you received quality service, show them the generosity of the RocketGrab fan and leave a nice tip.  Believe it or not, that will help us secure even bigger offers in the future.

Q. Do I need to reset my password?

A.  If you'd like to change your password, just login to your account and change it under your Profile Settings. Just because you see the option, doesn't mean we're asking you to reset it.

Q. Are you going to sell my email address?

A.  No.  Once the deal is over the participating business will receive your name and gift certificate number for their internal tracking.  The business will NOT receive your email.

Q. Who are you people?

A.  Rocketgrab is owned and operated by NextMedia, the same company that brings you your favorite radio stations!

Q. Why are you named RocketGrab?

A.  Because our mother had a very odd sense of style.  In reality, we chose the name because rockets are fun.  We will “launch” the deals, you “grab” them.

Q. If I have questions or click on the live support will I reach some lame call center?

A.  No, our staff personally monitors the chat support so you'll always be “speaking” with someone who knows what they're talking about.  Our deal technicians are standing by ready to answer your questions.  If we're taking a nap, we'll let you know, and you'll have the option to send us a message.  Plus, you can always click on support to submit a ticket.
